Some times I miss to see the beauty of little things Happening around It could be bird chirping around you It could be smile of your girl I often Forget unnoticed I am worried about other things around me But the moment I miss lovely things around me I feel, there was something which was precise It was as normal No It was not It was precise I only knew now, When it is absent !!

People are ready to invest in mutual fund but not in equity. They says, it is risky and mutual fund is protected with a portion of debt investment. Equity is very risky. It is more of fear of failure. I love playing table tennis. It is game of patience and concentration. This is what thought initially. I could defeat most of my friends after started playing this game. I was good at returning the ball. I could return any spash they hit. I was patient and my concentration always helped me to return the ball to opponents table. My friend used to get frastruated with my returning skill. They hit the ball hard and loss against me. I find myself as improved player. I have started playing my quality players and noticed my patience and concentration was not enough. They have that plus the smash back to back without going the ball out. I had to smash back to win the game. That was a test period for me. I have noticed  one thing. Nature is the most successful company in this world. It is most consitent organisation and best role model for any other organisation and human being. If you want to be successful person or an organisation. You have to keenly watch what nature does day in and out. Nature follow a process with precise execution. There is time allocated for the sun rise and set as the different location. All seasons work as per defined. Yet, calamities but it has its own way bring it back normal life. Each part of the world has different climate and each places has different animals to suit those climates. All follow the process and execute as per the plan. This one big miss happens at personal and organisation. We plan well to be succed and design process as per the plan. Same time, good majority wont plan at all. Thats ok. A measurement scale for us Am I satisfied with you? Are sure my satisfaction with you? Are you satisfied with me? Do you know my confidence on your satisfaction? Do we have mutual respect? Do you miss me? Do I miss you? Do we know how we miss each other? Do you enjoy my presence? Do you know how much I enjoy your presence? Am I helping you to be happy? Are you helping me to be happy? All these are unconcious seeking we have. All happiness on a yes or no. The effort to yes, makes all alive. Least bothered, moves towards death. It is always good maintain a good health Than, looking for a fix when it screwed.

I have read and planned a method to be financially free. I have talk to my friend about it. I have explained different types account to be kept and its percentage for a financial freedom. He have patiently listen. He didnt read any books or listen any motivational videos. His father is a business man and rich. He have made huge money and passed on to his family. More than that his dad helped him with ideas or a culture. A idea to generate money from wealth. My friend start speaking to me post listen to my gyan on how to be financially free. I havent aware all these lessons. But I just followed what my father asked me to do. I am getting enough money to meet my expenses and further investment. Dont you think love has a language Language of the universe Which everyone can feel and understand Whereever you go However you show Whoever talk the language of love You can understand Anyone can understand When I walk in the city In the city of multinations live People talk different languages I can understand every couple Passes me, who are walking with their love I dont follow their language But from the way they hold their hand each other From the way they look at each other I can understand, if they are siblings or friends or lovers. How many of you are financially Free? What do you mean by Financial Freedom? Financial freedom is nothing but your monthly expenses are meet by passive income. Or your earning regular income to meet regular expenses. Example, you have 25000 INR required to meet all your personal and family expenses. the same money you are receiving out side your working income ( Salary or Business income) Where you are not involved to make this money. There is a word, I have just used. Passive income, it is the income you generate monthly basis from your investments.
