Toastmater 2nd Speech - Productivity!!

The beauty of management is we all know what right is but we don't know it at right time. Today I am going to talk about we well know topic from the management theory. Fellow toastmasters and dear guest today I am going to talk about Productivity. The theory behind how to improve productivity! Let me put it very simple. We know that we should be punctual to the meetings, but hardly anyone does. Before I got in to managerial role I thought the passion within a leader is all about driving the team to success. How does the leader inculcate the same passion in his team members? With sparkling speeches! With directing step by step actions to deliver! Then check the result! I have done exactly the same formula when I got a group of people to lead. I had to work with different composition of people, with respect to their experience and gender. A just miss but reloading for a bang

I am going to attempt a short story this time. The protagonist of this story always wanted to be a hero just like all of us. It may seem like a real story if I could write well, otherwise  please imagine properly. It is very difficult to tell a story with a name attached to the characters specifically if you are writing a story for the first time. So let me call the Hero as Rajappan  and his wife as Rani. Rajappan is a very handsome man. He was a really an adorable adult and all his college mates wanted to be his love, don’t worry I talking about only girls. He never disappoints any girls who shows a special interest in him. He always is a friend, brother or a part time boy friend as well for girls. The best thing that happened in my life is he is blessed with a wife who knows his past.  But as all good  wife she  can forget past but she cant forgive the present and future.
