I am going to attempt a short story this time. The
protagonist of this story always wanted to be a hero just like all of us. It
may seem like a real story if I could write well, otherwise please imagine properly.
It is very difficult to tell a story with a name attached to
the characters specifically if you are writing a story for the first time. So
let me call the Hero as Rajappan and his
wife as Rani.
Rajappan is a very handsome man. He was a really an adorable
adult and all his college mates wanted to be his love, don’t worry I talking
about only girls. He never disappoints any girls who shows a special interest
in him. He always is a friend, brother or a part time boy friend as well for
girls.
The best thing that happened in my life is he is blessed
with a wife who knows his past. But as
all good wife she can forget past but she cant forgive the
present and future. So she is keeping track of his behavior always.
After marriage he was gaining weight proportionately to his age , became father
and ate good homemade food. For any good hearted man food is a weakness
along with other women. As he is man he is verb for this statement.
But in recent month Rajappan focused on his diet and he
started to grow back to shape. At the same time he focused on makeup, shaped
his moustache and had a lot of travel and phone calls. Rani noticed and started
keeping watch over his changes and movement.
Rani informed Rajappan
friends and assigned them the spy work. His intelligent friends started their
investigation.
During that time his friend had put his photo in his
facebook wall. That time a lot of girls from his college commented and one girl
showed special interest as well. The arranged investigators found it suspicious
and informed his wife as well.
That time Rajappan woke up early morning and was doing the
extra make up to go out. Rani was extra careful after face book incident and
noticed his dress up and she imagined a lot of possible things that can happen
that day. He went out in the morning as
well. She followed him without him knowing. She saw him parking the car near
the beach. He seems very restless and awaiting someone. Rani saw one lady
walking towards him. Yes that was the girl he used to spend unnecessary time during
his exams and spoiled his time for studies. That tall girl walked towards him, Rani
took a stick from the ground about to run towards Rajappan.
Then all of a sudden she understood that this was a dream.
He was walking from one end to another, immediately someone went to him and gave
him a letter. He read that and fainted. Rani ran towards him and read that bloody
letter.
That letter was something like this;
Dear Raja,
Since the unexpected bundh
announced by Communist party I can’t make it for the shooting and the
troop will not conduct shooting in your area as it is not a safe place to shoot
the movie. So the role we have offered you will not take place this time. But I
am the loser as I missed a great opportunity to act with you.
Rajni.
Rani went to tears. People from the street gathered around them
and sprayed some water on his face. When he was awake, he was surprised to find
himself lying on his beloved wife’s lap.
He told her you are always with me, you always supported me, you always
had faith in me, so you followed and wanted to see me successfully achieving my
cinema dream but I couldn’t do it this time.
After all, tomorrow is another day!!
