Toastmaster Speech Project 5

How many of you know Luz Long? I can give some glue here. Olympics, 1936. This Olympics happened in Berlin.   Now understood? How many of you know Jesse Owens? Now re collect Luz Long. Luz long won the silver medal in the same Olympics where Jesse won gold and Luz long showed the best sport man ship in this event. Good morning fellow toastmasters and guest today I am going talk a story of a real sport man ship!   1936 Olympics – Berlin was a blessed event for Jesse Owen. This kind of achievement will be a dream and not many can dare to dream what Jesse has achieved. Jesse was a favourite before this event itself. This African American won 4 gold medal, that was maximum gold medal by any Olympian till 1936 Olympics. His success was a major blow to Adolf Hitler, who hoped to show Aryan supremacy at this event. My birthday!!

My Birthday !! I am at work. It is normal for me to work on my birthday. My birthday’s are more like brining memories of my AMMA. I didn’t really celebrate my birthday after she left me. Thanks some good friends around me, they celebrated my birthday to make me happy. Yesterday I went to meet one my family friend. They invited me and family to lunch and we went to a nice Italian restaurant near to their house. After lunch the waiter bought cake and placed in front of me. For a second I thought is someone else birthday in their family. Thanks to my sense social media presence I understood that it is my birthday celebration. It is big thing that I am knowing someone is caring me. I didn’t show more emotion to them but I said a heartfelt thanks to Naveen chettan and family. I don’t how they can treat others happiness like theirs. It may be because they are good heart and both husband and wife think alike. Definitely, they are my role models. Diwali

India is an amazing country where we have different languages, culture, religions but even then we all stay united. Each religion and state celebrate different festivals. Each festival is celebrated differently in many states. Diwali is a festival celebrated in most part of India and some other parts of the world. It is a festival of lights. This hindu festival has different stories attached. The most famous legend behind celebration of Diwali is return of Lord Ram to Ayodhya. Lord Ram along with his wife Sita devi and brother Laxmanan had to stay in jungle as per their fathers instruction and during that time King Lanka Ravana kidnapped Sita devi. Lord Ram had to defeat Ravana in war. On the arrival of Lord Ram along with Sita devi and brother, People of Ayodhya decorated their homes and city by lighting tiny diyas in order welcome their prince. Building culture

How many of you attended any workshop or class room training recently? Did you learn anything new that could be use for your life time? I am sure most of you would have attended some soft skill training. But end of the training you would be in square one. Or may one or two point, but I would say, if you have one or two points to remember, that was a great training. In my previous department we had a workshop where we tried to build a certain culture within the department. I would like to take all of you to this workshop. What I am going to present here is something I had observed at that workshop and how I’d grasped the whole theory to build a culture in our team as well as in my own lives. First thing I have noticed in every meeting is that there are three types of participants.
