I had a wonderful chat with someone whom I respect in a network meeting. We were talking about how to create passive income from business? I was for moment confused to have a second business to do so. but he has clear all the confusion and put things straight. By sharing what is happening in his business and his competitors business, he was bold enough to admit what his competitor is doing to stay value from competition.
He starts with this question. What are you doing to attract new clients to your business? Then, continued other question? what do you do with your clients, once they are your clients? What is the system do you have to on-board and maintain your clients? Is it people drive or system driven?
If you have a system driven set up to serve the client, things will stay forever else, you will be facing a lot of issue. If you have system drive approach, once the client is on boarded. That client revenue become, passive income source.
These are questions, I always ask myself. Got confused at implementation. Now I have got a direction. I am sure, I have take up from there. More importantly, I had my partner with me to listen this. He also convinced to do so, Lets see how are we going to do it.
