Some times I miss to see the beauty of little things Happening around It could be bird chirping around you It could be smile of your girl I often Forget unnoticed I am worried about other things around me But the moment I miss lovely things around me I feel, there was something which was precise It was as normal No It was not It was precise I only knew now, When it is absent !!

I could defeat most of my friends after started playing this game. I was good at returning the ball. I could return any spash they hit. I was patient and my concentration always helped me to return the ball to opponents table. My friend used to get frastruated with my returning skill. They hit the ball hard and loss against me. I find myself as improved player. I have started playing my quality players and noticed my patience and concentration was not enough. Nature is the most successful company in this world. It is most consitent organisation and best role model for any other organisation and human being. Do you miss me? Do I miss you? Do we know how we miss each other? Do you enjoy my presence? Do you know how much I enjoy your presence? Am I helping you to be happy? Are you helping me to be happy? All these are unconcious seeking we have. All happiness on a yes or no. The effort to yes, makes all alive. Least bothered, moves towards death. I have read and planned a method to be financially free. I have talk to my friend about it. I have explained different types account to be kept and its percentage for a financial freedom. He have patiently listen. He didnt read any books or listen any motivational videos. His father is a business man and rich. He have made huge money and passed on to his family. More than that his dad helped him with ideas or a culture. A idea to generate money from wealth. My friend start speaking to me post listen to my gyan on how to be financially free. I havent aware all these lessons. But I just followed what my father asked me to do. I am getting enough money to meet my expenses and further investment. How many of you are financially Free? What do you mean by Financial Freedom? Financial freedom is nothing but your monthly expenses are meet by passive income. Or your earning regular income to meet regular expenses. Example, you have 25000 INR required to meet all your personal and family expenses. the same money you are receiving out side your working income ( Salary or Business income) Where you are not involved to make this money. There is a word, I have just used. Passive income, it is the income you generate monthly basis from your investments. It could be your rental income, renewal commission etc..  This is the money your earn when you sleep. Here, money works for you. Not other way around.  Now, How many of you are financially free ? When do to you give ? When the person ask? If the person wont ask? How will you give? Ignore him ? Try and understand, then you give him? or ignore him, even if you understand? I want to be a person Who understand, what others want? and fulfill them before they say it I dont want to give them before they think. because, if I do that. I was for moment confused to have a second business to do so. but he has clear all the confusion and put things straight. By sharing what is happening in his business and his competitors business, he was bold enough to admit what his competitor is doing to stay value from competition. He starts with this question. Mamma is a beautiful lady who is my uncles sister. who is a spinster, elderly, very sweet and feel like calling her grand ma. my uncle means my mothers sisters husband. Being raised in Kerala, our relatives are very close. My uncle is a father figure and more than that very good friend. very loving person. Mamma used to stay with them from long term, so whenever I go there I meet Mamma and I do visit their home very frequently. When I was small, before my school days. my aunt was sick and hospitalised. my mother and Mamma was bystanders with her. obviously, I was with them. I was not friendly with Mamma then, I was sticking to my mother and she was not able to move anywhere. that day mother had to go to work but I was not allowing to go. My friend said, 'no one is trusting me' The people I love My staff My wife My blood I love them, I live for them! How can I win the trust ? I asked, whom you trust? I trust all my loved one, I live for them. But, I have a question? Do you allow your loved one to do a surgery on you? Dont change the topic, my friend said I insisted, definitely NOT!!' He said. Why not? They are your trusted one! But they are not doctors. Yes, thats the point!! Again, will you allow an ordinary doctor to perform a heart surgery? Um, If I dont have an option, yes. Else, no!! Will you allow, unclean and untidy doctor to treat you? Will you trust him? No, right? So what you think about the situation now ? To gain trust, what do want? It is beyond love. You got to have, skill and discipline Along with you willingness to act.

I love working on something I love planning the details of work I love visualizing my work I love the anxiety of looking forward I love the implementation of my plan I love to ensure my scheduling go well I love predictability I love to create a predictability to my life Because I am looking forward for something Why dont I look forward something every moment of my life ? Isnt it the real way to my happiness?

I love a situation where... I know what you want I dont like a situation where... I dont know what you want I hate a situation where... I dont know what you want and you dont tell me what you want and Expect me to do what you want? I am not a super human being Who have the ability to get in to your head and recognize, your needs and wants all the time !!

Why do wife and life end with 'ife'? Is there any similarities between these words? Isn't it opposite each other? Either you have wife or life. I think that's why both words end with same letters. All bachelors, think about it.. Do you want life or wife? You can't have both You choose which one do you want?

In my family and organisation, we plan a lot and set a dream goals such as eat health food, meet the revenue by this much and that much. We end up not reaching exactly at the dream but there is some progress or going back to the same state. Again the unhappiness creep in. It is not all desirable. Its compulsory that I have to have break fast and carry my lunch for a healthy life. My wife is adamant.  For that, She has to start her day at least by 6 am directly to Kitchen. Oh my baby, Why are you getting angry? I dont want you to be angry. Its not because, I cant bear Its because, anger hurt you you are angry, because you are sad or mad or upset with something because, you are not able to stand with something you want me to behave certain why the minute,it breach you are upset and angry !! cant you accept, external environment ? things which are not in your control accept them, the way it is rather than getting hurt because of climate change Rain will come and go you dont have a control you can enjoy the rain or you be sad because of rain If you are sad about it, you will be angry If you enjoy it, you spread the happiness :) I want you to be happy, my baby!! Yesterday, at the parking lot. I have parked the car as usual, there were 3 gentleman were very kind to help me by directing me since I was revise and park to narrow parking size allocated for us. I have parked to a corner and didn't revise till the end, kept some space. They advise me to park at the middle and revise till the end. I said, yes ! But I parked the car at the corner because my neighbor park his bike on side. He need some space to move his bike. That possible only if I park the car on the corner. I parked the car sparing some space in the back because then only people can wake through to their parking lots. Yes, it was not a perfect parking but it was perfect for my two neighbors. This could be same with other too. People follow certain things for a reason, it could be anything. But that for a perfect thing for them or others!! Why should I get tensed and try to correct them. Its not that ignore others, its about accepting our fellow human !!  

Maa had messy days Maa saw the toys all around the house She asked to clean those I have played with her patience One day she said, She is going out to have a good time Like Papa Going to office? No, going for a trip A solo trip With Papa and Me Yes, we are all alone at home But She did promise me Guddies I was happy I looked forward to play with Papa alone Can he take care of me? Its ok, I will adjust with him He wake me He bathe me He cook food for me But, I missed Mama I didnt show him my tears I didnt like his food But eat without any bit of issue Because he is my Papa He has done all for me without knowing how to take care of me For my Mama and me I only looked at My Papa's work Cant compare with my Mama He has done it all Without knowing And I didnt want to let him know I am missing my Mama and routine When he was on mission without any expertise !!

I have come across two issues in the recent news. 1. Facebook director Anderson commented against Indian sentiment, later Facebook spokesperson apologized. 2. Mathrubhumi a leading news paper in Kerala issued an article in certain parts of Kerala, which included unpleasant write ups about Prophet Mohammed. later news paper issued an apology on their front page of all issues. For the first one issue, few news came over but no one stopped using Facebook. Not even Indians. yes, I haven't stopped using Facebook. For the second one issue, there were a lot of protest and a group of people discontinue Mathribhumi subscription. Why is that difference? When someone spoke about our country, there was tolerance to accept their apology. But when someone spoke about the religion, there were no tolerance to accept any apology. I always ask my daughter, When you grow up, whom do you want to become? She used to proudly says, Like Amma, her mother. long hair. She loves to be like her mother's bride photos. with a lot of jewelry and make up. yesterday, she said, Acha, when I grow up I want to be a Doctor. I said, Why? Doctor and Nurses take care of sick people I like to take care of sick people like you love to feed poor people. Yes, I love to buy food for people who ask money in the street. When I meet them, I buy food for them instead giving money. I didnt talk her about giving food to anyone. But she saw I do that. I love her observation and thinking about her dream. I know it will change but I loved that she is picking a dream to contribute to someones life more than anything else.

I dont want any worry I dont want any conversion I dont want any intelligence  I want to let go I want to be in the moment I want to be kind I like to eat what I want I like to drink what I want I like to be happy with my appetite  I love to look at you I love to talk to you I love to do a small chat Just sit next to me Take sip of tea with me Taste a hot fry and find solitude in me !!
