What is the best way to manage Time?  You can't, instead manage yourself. Time in a day is fixed, 24 Hours for all. This is my discovery ! Ladies and Gentleman, Nature is a great teacher. He is so discipled, morning Sun rise in the east, evening set in the west. Same with seasons too Monsoon, Winter, Summer comes and goes as well planned. Every year passes as predefined and scheduled.  Can we learn anything from this behaviour of nature, we can manage ourself to cop up with time.  In this time of social media, we have a lot of distractions. We have our addictions and lack of concentraction to one goal always move us away from a disciplined life.  I had a time in Mumbai, I was putting on weight, gone out of shape and find lossing my enthusiam to work. Once someone asked me, Do you believe in Starsign ? yes, I am.  I have two stars.  one came to me and brighten my life  My Sitara, my love another one, came through us and  add colours to that brightness  My Nakshatra, My Sumani, My girl When these stars spotted at the right place I am at happiness  If not, I give my everything to bring them back to the spot they want to me. 

 It was 8 PM, I have completed my shift and running to catch my cab. I had to cross Bangalore Airport road, fully packed traffic. waiting at Zebra line with my friend, Geeta and others people. We had two buildings opposite each other. The cab services were only from our opposite building, main building with more employees work out of that building. There was a traffic policeman, trying manage traffic. Stopping vehicle and allowing pedestrians to cross the road. Our mail room boy, Micheal who was in his bicycle also trying to cross the road with us. Some reason traffic policeman got angry at Micheal and stopped him.  Pulled air from his bicycle tyre. It was unnecessary. Geeta pointed out to me to go and stop the policeman. I didnt help, Michael. Instead, forced Geeta to hurry up to catch the cab.  It disturbed me, through out my journey back home. Geeta had the courage to stop policeman and empathy to help Micheal. I didnt have any empathy. I asked myself, am I successful ? It was a tough question. As husband, I asked my wife. She said, still in progress. As a son, I asked my parents. Am I successful? My Achan said, Dont worry, you have a life a head. What does that mean? Ladies and Gentlemen, Success has many aspects. I asked my team members. They praised me, They have to as they report to me. I have asked to my partners, they didnt have an answer.  I sat down and thought, Am I really succeessful ? Some times I feel I am successful. Then after some times I feel I am too slow. I could have acheived all this much faster.  This made me think, Why am I taking a long time to acheive my milestones. I got my first promotion much faster because I was eager to learn and work. then I have slow down. Ever since our daughter born, we all used to sleep together, my daughter Sumani, wife Sitara and me. When Sumani grow up, her twist and turn couldnt fit me in the bed. I had to do something as I was at the suffering end. Came up with the idea of having a seperate room for Sumani. She was scared initially, either of Sitara or me stay with her in bed till she sleep and come to our bed room. However, morning she used to complain that we made her sleep all alone.  When my daughter grow to 10 years, she wanted privacy and Sitara also needed privacy. Now, I have reached a situation where both ladies kicked me out of their bed and I am looking to set up my own room !
