Right?  Hey,  It is sad to see my people, not able to speak well in front of the crowd. I know, the same will reflect in front of our customers too. Communication is a skill, you need confidence and knowledge in their subject. This needed learning and as an organization, we have to arrange this facility to our team members.  I have asked my senior members to train on the subject on Saturdays. I have not received a positive feedback or result of doing this. I could clearly see, this learning everyone was taking as a added responsibility.  When the student is ready, the teachers appear !! Hey,  I have entered in to my first Toastmasters meeting, my corporate club Thomson Reuters TM club in Bangalore. Then president TM Murali welcomed me with warm smile and explained all the meeting procedures. During the meeting, I have noticed super energetic speakers. Even though I become the best table topic speaker. you know the trick. I become the member of the club. I thought I would take Murali's help to prepared speech, I found only Murali as a Patient and a elder brother feel. Thankfully, Murali got assigned my Mentor.  He understood my stregth and weakness, he used discuss only my strengths. He used correct my speeches and after the speech, I used to feel terrible. But he used to wake up to me and keep talking about the areas where I have excelled. Theat again, find a motivation for me to come back and deliver the next speech.  After my 6th speech, he understood that I become comfortable with Murali and when...

If you try to learn something, you can't but if you fall in love you will learn everything. Ladies and Gentlemen, I have tried all possible things to learn my English. I could not learn that language. My cousin, didnt do anything, he just fall in love with Bangalore girl. They start talking and talking. My cousin started speaking fluent English. I tried all possible act to fall in English, nothing worked out. I couldnt pick the my speaking skill in English till that time I have passed out from college.  Joining an MNC in Bangalore was a hope to pick up English, the real magic happened was Joining my corporate club. When I walk in to my first meeting, Murali welcomed and comfort me. a matured, aged person still had the eagerness to learn a lot. after the meeting, I have joined and Murali himself volunteer to be my Mentor. 

What is the quality of a leader ?  A person should see the future, able to set a path and communicate to all, inspire all during the high and low times. For that leader should be a role model, open to accept different type people with integrity and respect.  Ladies and Gentleman, Do you think, a leadership be like a Bhahubali who can hit everyone and save his mother and country? Not necessary, leader can be anyone. There is no need of special type of style to be a great leader. If you look at any form of games you will able to see successful people doesnt have any particular look or color, all learders are unique.  I used to be a Kabadi player, during my college days.  My mom was really annoyed at my wife, Sitara. She was yelling and Sitara was upset. Sitara was not in mood to cook or clean on that day. Mom wanted to see everything in order. She couldnt even imagine, sitara enter the kitchen without a bath.  my mother couldnt stand with Sitara's lifestyle of thinking about waking up in morning at 11 o clock. Sitara walked to me and said that she cant bear the rules of my Mom.  Sitara's mother let her to be the way she wanted. why this lady wanted me to change, She asked. Her point of view, I understood. But I asked Situ to obey what my mom said. Situ shouded at me for not being at her side.  I spoke to mom and understood her anger. It's something she couldnt digest. Sitara likes to be free bird, didn't not want any rule for herself and for others sake. The fight has taken to big way.
